Xceptor reached out via LinkedIn about an open role matching my skills and experience. I offered my time to discuss the position with the recruiter, who effectively piqued my interest by describing recent structural changes transparently and outlined core initiatives for 2025 growth. I found the recruiter honest, thorough, and enjoyable to work with especially in consideration of a leadership position while currently employed. The process was efficiently scheduled, clearly explained, and not taxing for a candidate (no lengthy assessments or presentations or superfluous rounds). The executive leadership team members I met with were gracious with their time and we had enjoyable, adult conversation. After many disappointing experiences with recruiters at other companies in my career when job searching, the experience and professionalism was greatly appreciated!
