Xchange Technology Group interview questions

I interviewed with several of this company's executives, who were all very nice. However, one of them was out on the day of my interview. Instead of calling me in the morning to reschedule, they allowed me to arrive, then asked me to come back to meet the other one. In total, I spent two hours driving and over three hours interviewing, which lead me to believe I had a better than good shot at the job. Despite sending follow-up thank-you e-mails and being told that I would hear something within a week, I've heard nothing but crickets after a month. I understand not being able to respond to every resume that is submitted, and I understand if you feel I'm not the right person for the job; but it's incredibly rude to not even send me a two-line e-mail to let me know. I can only hope that whomever they hired can help get their HR act together.

The first phone interview was scheduled by the Human Resources assistant to have a phone interview with the Director of Human Resources - no show. I took time off from work to conduct the interview in the privacy of my home. I reached out to the Human Resources assistant to inform her that I did not receive a call from the Director of Human Resources to conduct the phone interview. The Human Resources Assistant once again rescheduled the phone interview (second) time for me. I was prepared once again to conduct the phone interview with the Director of Human Resources and again no phone call - no show. I received no correspondence by phone or by email to inform me of any cancellations of the first and second phone interview. I had to reach out to the potential employer. This behavior is unacceptable in my opinion and speaks for itself in anyone wanting to pursue a professional career within this organization structure.
