Laid back, easy going interview. Mix of sales and EQ questions. CEO left halfway through the interview which was odd but I took it as a good sign. They laughed, made jokes, made sure I felt comfortable and seemed to focus on cultural fit as much as sales fit. Great interview experience all-in-all
Very comfortable. They care more about you as a person and your personality and verbal/intellectual capabilities during the interview than whether or not you studied their products or knew your sales stats.
