Long, tiring and complex process. The salary was not mentioned during the whole 2-month process. Many interviews that, summed up, took more than 12 hours, besides the preparation time for the final step, when a presentation is required. Lack of transparency in terms of desired skills.

A very drawn out interview process! If you go to their career website, they note that a candidate will go through a series of phone interviews and then in-office interviews, which they do indeed. The typical application process begins with applying via LinkedIn, and then passing an initial phone screen. After that, I made it to round 3, which was still a phone interview, before being rejected. The phone interviews are long and drawn out, and the later ones become more difficult.

After being contacted by a recruiter, I had a series of 4 phone interviews, each about a half-hour to hour long, with the recruiter, the commercial manager, the business director, and finally the COO. The individual interviews were fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but all four were pretty much the same thing, and it got a bit tedious by the fourth. The on-site portion was good. They did a good job of making me feel welcome, even taking me out for lunch prior. The centerpiece of the on-site was presentation on one of three companies they had given you prior to arriving, which I felt was a good opportunity and also a welcome break from the typical interview process.

The business presentation was what I'd consider the hardest part of the interview. It involved picking one of three businesses that were preselected, and presenting a business model of their current processes, and what your suggestions would be for improving or enhancing their processes would be.
