The process took too long with several interviews and with a business case presentation. I found it too difficult for the function requirements that they were searching for and with too many people involved.

A recruiter reached out to me about this job. The process took a hilariously long time for what is basically an entry level job. I didn't get a phone interview until nearly a month after the recruiter reached out. I assumed they had just moved on. In person interview was probably 3 hours long. I interviewed with three people, two of them were friendly and decent interviewers but the third interviewer (the most senior employee I spoke with) literally told that he has never conducted an interview before. Fairly standard interview questions but no communication amongst interviewers; all 3 asked basically the same questions. The in-person interview made it abundantly clear that this was primarily a sales position, something that felt misleading based on the job description and initial phone screening. Told me they would followup with next steps about giving a presentation, but I never heard anything back even after following up. Not having the courtesy to inform a candidate of your decision after inviting them to your office and putting them through an unnecessarily long interview process was incredibly frustrating.
