I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xenon Arc (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The first three rounds were suspiciously easy. No behavioral questions nor any difficult questions were asked. Small company trying to sell you on why you should work there. Fourth round; below reports of a panel interview are correct (5+ people). Exercise directions are intentionally minimal/vague, leaving your proposal entirely open to interpretation. Prepare to spend 10-15+ hours on a powerpoint and in-person presentation for the potential/likelihood of getting rejected. I'll save you some time interpreting their business model; their revenue is primarily from reselling paint. Proposed salary bands are very low, they offer zero equity, no comprehensive bonus plan, and one day wfh. Based on employee turnover of less than a year, this might be a great role for kids out of college or those looking for an interim role during the tech recession.
3 interviews, first 2 online with some people such the Customer service manager, account manager y business director.
last interview face to face with the CCO and Vice-president of the business

exectations, my knowledge and skills and why I wanted to join
The interview had been organised in just a few days, but they disappeared and after a month I still have no news about my application and no feedback on the interview.
Smooth and quick. The HR team was helpful. The process took 3 steps and all the people met were interesting. Also, the case study is to be taken seriously even if quite challenging.
