Xero Developer Team Lead interview questions

Online CV submission. called reciter then rejected. I had around 15 experience as a developer running agile IT teams in larger well known international financial firms. Outside of New Zealand my resume gets a great response, however It didn't make if by the first screening process at Xero. They may have been looking for more junior people or the job posting was simply part of there marketing hype. The reviewer also did not appear to understand any thing about technology and was simply looking for key words on the resume.
