Casual interview with sales manager, 30 minutes long before being offered the job on the spot. The atmosphere was casual and from the beginning was geared toward what it would be like if I were to work there.

Basic questions about my C.V and how I would approach a business customer as opposed to a typical retail consumer.
Required to create and present a slide deck on one of their products and present it to the team. They all proceeded to ask questions on your presentation and even my design choices. Overall I enjoyed the process, although it was nerve racking.
