Interview
Applied online via their website, initial telephone interview followed by a face to face meeting with two team leaders. Standard questions regarding objection handling, sales targets, successes etc. I asked some questions regarding how commission was allocated which the interviewers struggled with ( worryingly). I also asked about the pricing structure for partnership as this is not advertised and I was in line for a role within that team, again the interviewers were unable to answer. Everyone I met was in the late twenties to thirty age group and I got the impression they were just looking for similar people who were less experienced than them to bang out the calls all day for a relatively low cost product( not really account management in my opinion ) - not for you if you're the wrong side of forty and have some initiative, experience or if you can work out percentages ( unlike the interviewers). Oh dear

Really fun, really thought provoking interview. There were multiple rounds and it got progressively more fun at each of them. The questions encouraged out of the box thinking and creative solutions.

They want to hire the right candidate and I tried to follow up - no response

Interview
Quick Initial telephone interview with talent manager. Talent manager called an hour later than scheduled but apologized. Seemed distracted and completely uninterested and didn’t bother to review my CV. Time wasted
