My initial phone screening was with Tracey. A week later I was invited onsite for a panel interview with the first impression coordinator, office manager and Director of Commercial Operations. I was later scheduled to come in for another in person interview with the head of workplace experience. I was given an office tour and asked many behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I didn't make the cut and was given a very kind rejection letter by their talent team. I appreciated the fact that the interviewers made an effort to have a conversation by actively listening and asking follow up questions. My overall impression after speaking to the team was – I can see myself working with this team. Everyone was kind, attentive and had a good team dynamic. Too bad it didn’t work out!
