I found the process of applying at Xero very slow, didn't hear back for days if not weeks at a time between contact from the recruiter. They seemed unclear on what they wanted from the role. Overall a very neutral and disheartening experience. But I was impressed at the benefits pack that was sent before time.

Really slow to reply, waited weeks at a time between interviews. Very comprehensive pack sent out about Xero benefits ahead of interview, overall communications were the let down and it was hard to get ahold of the recruitment team.
