Xero Technical Migration Analyst interview questions

Very laid back.. wasnt an interview really. Im a business analyst interviewing for a basic admin type role with a fancy job title ( Technical Migration Analyst) for 25k. Temp to Perm. I had to basically rationalise and convince them why i would want a role which would set me back years in my career which I did. Told the truth, wanted a job that wouldnt stress me out in a relaxed environment.
