I applied online after researching several companies. I then received an initial phone call from one of their in-house recruiters, it was a pleasant experience. A meeting was set up and I was interviewed by a panel, each panel member came prepared with my application and any questions they had. Everyone was friendly, it was an upbeat interview during which I was provided with a good overview of the position, benefits, etc. I was offered an opportunity to ask any questions.
