As part of the process I got through, I did a phone screening with an HR person and I did a phone interview with a member of management.
The initial phone screening was fine and the HR person I spoke to was nice and friendly. However, once I had the phone call with their member of management, my experience went from positive to negative.
Once the phone interview started, it was rough. The individual I spoke with sounded incredibly annoyed at the fact that they were doing a phone interview and sighed into my ear multiple times. They only asked me 2 or 3 questions, then said that they were done.
From there, it took about another 3 weeks to get an official denial email.
