Xometry BDR Representative interview questions

Well, its me again from previous interview review. I decided to give the guy a second chance cause I thought hey, everyone makes mistakes maybe he just let the day get ahead of him. We made plan for specific day and time and I made sure I was super clear about the time zone difference. He agreed on 2pm eastern time, got an invite for mountain standard. Reached out to him to make sure - like hey it's definitely still 2pm EST like we said? correct? the interviewer affirmed yes and to click on the link at 2pm EST. Aaaaannnnd NOPE! he never showed up. How disrespectful of MY TIME. dont bother applying here, I'm p.o'd. AND DO NOT WANT work for a company like this. Good luck finding actual candidates that wanna work there.
