Applied online and heard back from recruiter via email couple days later. Some difficulty in communicating with recruiter in setting up interview day/time. Recruiter called 40 minutes later than set time - said his phone decided to update. After a short phone screening recruiter set up zoom video interview with two people (same week). One hour interview (30 min per person). First - was very professional and engaged. Second - was disinterested and heavily focused on asking only technical questions which I didn't have extensive background on. - repeatedly asked questions about CNC machinery. Interview was on Thursday - I got an automated email Saturday morning saying they moved onto another candidate.
