First step was a phone screening. That was handled very professionally and informative. Second step was a 30 minute Zoom call with the hiring manager. Again, a reasonably positive experience. Fairly informative. But not very inquisitive regarding my skills or background. A third interview was set-up and rescheduled twice. Ended up going forward with a different individual than was supposed to be scheduled. Lasted less than 5 minutes. Interviewer finished by saying he was marking me down as a "hard yes" in all catagories, looked forward to having me on the team, and that I should hear something in a few days. A week later, received the generic "you have not been selected" type email. Case closed.
