Request for availability for a phone screen. HR called me more than 10 minutes late. Asked about my my experience and gave me a brief explanation about the company. Asked me to provide my availability for the next few days for a panel interview and gave me his personal cellphone in case I had any questions. Then I was ghosted, never got back to me about the panel interview and also ignored my texts.
