I had a pretty lengthy interview process with Xometry that was overall an alright experience. My recruiter was very pleasant to work with and made herself readily available for questions. I had an initial interview with the recruiter, then a two part interview with two directors. Both easy enough. The third round included a mock sales presentation, with a provided deck and a given scenario. This was followed by another Director level interview then a final discussion with a fellow Senior Account Executive. I received mixed messages regarding who was the actual hiring manager since they were apparently hiring for two roles. Up to this point, I received fairly positive feedback and was confident that I would make it to the final round, which is a final interview with the VP of sales. After a few days, I was informed that they ended up going with someone else. I was a bit surprised but maybe I dodged a bullet, reading all of the negative reviews. The entire process was less than 3 weeks.
