The interview process had two initial rounds, one technical and one managerial. Overall the process was good - until they ask you about the notice period (which in my case was 45 days). They won't consider anyone whose notice period is greater than 1 month, that too after the managerial round! I gave my chances in ZS to attend this drive due to prior commitments. Why did they shortlist in the first place I don't know, but my time and other opportunities got wasted.
