Applied online. Had two interviews with the hiring manager and got a verbal offer. No HR phone screening or conversation with other team member. It took about 3 weeks. They replied very fast during the interview process, but after that it was very slow. The interview is very disorganized, and very casual. The compensation package isn't very good. Don't recommend.
