Straightforward, asked me about my relevant experiences and talked about how they could fit in and help with the company, I got to interview with people from several aspects for the company and got a really good feel for the team.

The only somewhat tricky question was: "What separates you from the other candidates we are interviewing and why should we select you?".
I had a Google hangout call with manager/hiring manager, then another video call with a team member. It was more like a conversation than a strict interview format. They seem pretty relaxed.
