I applied through the Xpansiv website and received an email 2-3 weeks later indicating that they would like to set up an initial phone screen. The phone screen went seemingly well and it ended with the recruiter asking me to send my availability for the following week for a next round interview. I sent my availability promptly and never heard back. I sent a follow up email with additional availability and supplied them with an opportunity to let me know if they’d no longer like to interview me. Still, I heard nothing back and it’s been 1.5 months. I guess I was ghosted. Overall the experience felt very unprofessional and I would have appreciated an email letting me know they were no longer interviewing me after they requested my availability for an interview.
