Interview
After the initial call with the recruiter, they gave you the assignment to create a game assignment where you mostly have to create back-end API (PHP) and front (JavaScript), write unit tests and dockerised apps. The final interview was with Software Engineer Manager.
Worst part is the that after an entire process, I was informed that this position is on hold due to budget constraints

Interview
I applied online, I had 5 rounds in total, initial was a recruiter call, followed by tech lead, then a senior engineer, then Director and finally another tech lead. The interviews are a mix of coding, general broad technical knowledge about various aspects and a system design. The interviews were scheduled very fast and feedback was shared immediately on the same day. I got the offer 2 weeks from the final round which is normal for Xsolla.
Very slow moving - It took two weeks just to get to the second interview to tell me there's three more to be scheduled. Other companies were chomping at the bit - therefore I chose to not move forward with their 1-2/mo long interview process.

The process is good overall, the interviewer will record on your introduction and experience to give to P.I.C for further evaluation for the next step, either manager or seniors that responsible for the evaluation.
