You start off with a screening call just to get the basics out of the way and assess how you fit within the role. Interviewer was late, call felt a little rushed, received feedback that they wanted me to meet with other members but that didn't happen. Was a little confused because I thought the call went okay but turns out I wasn't the best fit. Wishing them the best!
