Basically the weirdest experience I have ever had.
During screening call hr said something like "If we give u offer, can u promise that u will come? As u know interviewer will pay time and effort for this".
As for the technical interview, the interviewer not only is late for the scheduled calls, also can not even clearly describe his question, only asking general vague questions like "how do u divide microservice?"
