I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at YWCA (Nashville, TN) in Jul 2016
Interview
Phone interview, questions were pretty much what I expected, HR was very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. Full time candidates also have an in person interview, but as I was temporary I only had a phone interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at YWCA (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2023
Interview
I got interviewed, management they seemed like they wanted to move forward and hire me. The pay was very little, like $16 an hour, I guess they want people who can accept that rate, like someone in high school or with very little experience. When I told them about my salary expectations they fully ghosted me, and did not even bother just telling me that it was out of their budget. Oh well, YWCA Uptown closed so RIP.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at YWCA (Singapore) in Dec 2021
Interview
Very easy and straight forward. No beating around the bush. Just be genuin and ask away to be clear on your job scope and duites. Interviewer is friendly and did not make me feel intimidated.
