It was fine, not too hard, not too easy. The people were very nice but their questions definitely made you think. What I got from it is that the interviewer wanted something more than the standard answers that most people give. After I applied I got an email to start with a phone screening, then met with the manager, then was called for a third interview with the director of education. The third interview was harder than I expected.
