It was a long process. There was a few week lag between my two interviews and then another few weeks for them to contact my references. Everyone was very friendly and relaxed.
Phone screening and then in person if you progress to the second interview. Phone screening was about 30 minutes with standard interview questions. The second interview involved a mock presentation. I was rejected after the first interview.
