First step was a brief phone call where they make sure you’re interested, then a zoom interview with prewritten questions you get an hour beforehand. Up through my interview if was great, but I’ve been completely ghosted. No email back even after I’ve sent an email asking if they could tell me if the position has been filled. I was also told they’d let everyone know about another upcoming position, but I got no communication after my interview. I really wanted to work at the YWCA and don’t appreciate the ghosting, I’m very confused
