Was interviewed by HR and Non-Residential Assistant Director for Crisis Services. Questions regarded how I would respond to Domestic Violence victims involving different scenarios. How well I manage stress, frustration, and failure. Victims of Domestic Violence will usually go back to their abuser 5-7 times before they leave the relationship for good. Therefore, it can be expected that in the agency you will deal with victims of this caliber.
