Interview process consists of three stages. You first have a screening call with an HR manager, then a call with the hiring manager, and ultimately end the process off with a panel interview. First two interviews went by smoothly. Thought the third one was heading in the right direction until the interviewers asked me if I had any questions for them, to which I responded what advice they would give to someone in my position and what made them want to work with the organization. Some gave good answers but others straight up laughed in my face for asking the question. Even if given an offer, that interaction alone would have made me decline it.
