I was interview for a position on the marketing analytics team at Yahoo! It was a spring internship that would supposedly continue into the summer months. I had two phone interviews (first with my would-be manager, and second with a recent hire on the team). Both went really well, lots of basic questions designed to gauge my personality and work ethic. I really liked the two people I talked to, and was very interested in this part-time position. My final meeting with them was an onsite lunch with the team, which was very casual and went very well. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to fully commit to working for them for 20 hours a week (during business hours) because I am a full time student - so they did not extend me an offer. Very nice team, but not the right fit.
