Comfortable, alot of back and forth. There was a total of three over the phone interviews, one face to face, and one team interview. The process lasted approximately two months.
Straightforward interview process. Recruiter screen. Hiring Manager screen. Panel. Follow ups. Overall it was good and would be open to take a job with them in the future. Good overall company.
Nice people in depts but Human Resources team was a bit chaotic… hard to get responses and communicate with. Seems to be pretty common woth most in house recruiters these days.

Recruiter reached out within 2 business day of submitting an application. We had a good conversation but right off the bat she told me that I did not have enough experience for the director role I applied to but could be considered for a senior manager role opening up in a few weeks.
