It took about a month to be contacted for an hour-long screening interview. Had an interview with a committee of four or five faculty, staff, and the director. Everyone was very gracious, well-versed in my materials, and pleasant. I was contacted two months later for an in-person interview. Met with several dozen support staff, directors, and other staff during a day-long interview. I was offered the job a month and a half later. It was a generally good experience, it just takes a long time because higher-ed moves slowly.
