Interview
There was a significant lag-time between submitting my application online and being contacted. After that, however, things moved fairly swiftly: a skills test, a chat on the phone, a Skype interview. The staff was incredibly kind, handled some technical snafus with grace, and were strangely interested in my background (which was completely unrelated to the position – frankly, I hadn't expected to be contacted at all). Overall, they seemed like a great team for which to work.
After the last interview, they said they would get back to me in a couple of weeks or so; at that point, our brief run of incredibly consistent, frequent communication essentially fell flat. I only found out that I had not been selected when I happened to notice my status on the HR website. That being said, it remains one of the more enjoyable interview processes I've gone through.
