Interview
You are interviewed by 3 Assistant Managers and then the General Manager. The Bar Manager will ask you about your drinks knowledge, how much you know about beer, how much volume you can handle. The others ask just typical restaurant questions. In the final interview with The General Manager, if he decides to hire you, you usually find out right then.

Interview
Very casual with the assistant manager, Very Pleasant, explained my qualifications, seemed receptive and then informed me that the GM would need to interview me and not available. Was told I would get a email to schedule the next interview.
The whole interview prices was Easy and straightforward. Asked about my previous experience and was testing my liquor measurement knowledge. Was only about 10 minutes. The manager was very professional and personable .

I was told they do not hire outside bartenders, but promote within. I was offered a serving job with the opportunity to move up. I had to interview with 4 different managers but was hired on the spot! They asked a lot of specific questions about experience and food and alcohol knowledge.
