Interview
Applied online and received a phone call and email a few days later. I called them back to schedule an interview and then have open interviews from 2-4 during the week. Interviewed with one gentleman who then spoke to the GM and he interviewed me as well. They offered me a job on the spot. The interview questions are pretty basic for the most part.
A scenario involving a busy night and a large group walks in that wants to see a movie in an hour and what would I do as a host to keep them in the door.
They asked me a lot of questions about how to seat people , and different scenario based questions. How deal with difficult customer questions and questions about making reservations and what to say. It will help if you do some research on that.
In person, one on one with general manager. A single round after a resume drop. After the interview they followed up via email about the job and if they needed any more information
