Interview
There were 2 interviews, first with the GM and second with the bar manager. The bar manager had me do a pour test on the spot, which I didn't expect. The questions were standard, previous work experience, teamwork, etc. Asked me some general recipe questions.
People were very nice but somewhat cold. Culture is very corporate, expected for a big restaurant, but really on the extreme side.

Interview
Very casual with the assistant manager, Very Pleasant, explained my qualifications, seemed receptive and then informed me that the GM would need to interview me and not available. Was told I would get a email to schedule the next interview.
The whole interview prices was Easy and straightforward. Asked about my previous experience and was testing my liquor measurement knowledge. Was only about 10 minutes. The manager was very professional and personable .

I was told they do not hire outside bartenders, but promote within. I was offered a serving job with the opportunity to move up. I had to interview with 4 different managers but was hired on the spot! They asked a lot of specific questions about experience and food and alcohol knowledge.
