I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Yard House (Carlsbad, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Complete waste of my time. They sat me down and I waited for 20 minutes. It was extremely slow and my interview was scheduled for a specific time. Yet I still waited. When the host told 2 momanangers I was there for an interview one of them said “not it!” The one who said this proceed to stand at the bar for 10 minutes chatting with the bartender periodically looking over at me. Very unprofessional. Waited 20 min just to be told “we’re fully staffed and serving manager isn’t here” the fact that I arranged child care and prepared for this interview is beyond me
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Yard House (Dedham, MA) in Jul 2025

Ask about knowledge of food and alcohol and why Yardhouse. As well as why they should hire you. Decently hard interview with 2nd interview harder. Good luck. kemw ekwmgf[3 lw
