Grand Opening. First Manager really liked me and we enjoyed our conversation, she can tell from my experience she didn't have to ask me much. Second Manager came over and I could tell instantly he didn't like me, I have a resume that would be considered overqualified for the role. However looking to take a seat back from fine dining, asked me questions like what gets me out of bed and what keeps me in it how was my last vacation.

I applied and 2 hrs later they called me for an interview.. They were straight forward and all the staff was friendly. The interview was down the street from the initial location because they hadn't opened up yet. Long story short, I was hired on the spot. I spoke to 3 people and they all loved me!
