Restaurant/service experience preferred. Guage on overall beer knowledge, but will train on menu. Sunday availability is needed. Ability to work late nights and maintain high volume work flow. Good vibes and personality!

All the managers were involved in the interview process. Extremely laid back and i felt comfortable. Some questions were work related and some had nothing to do with work. One of the easiest interviews I’ve ever had.

Interview

Straightforward and easy. I applied online and was able to schedule an interview right away. I interview with three managers at the same time, including the GM. It took about two hours in total.
