From my point of view it was a smooth sailing process. I applied through a job board and a couple of days later I received a call from their HR department. After a 30 minutes conversation I was progress to an on-site interview with another HR person. The interview was focus around behavioral questions. It was very pleasant and didn't took more than 45 minutes. Two days later I received a call to progress to my final interview with the actual team I was supposed to work with. This time around I was given a test to have my research skills tested and we also did a role play around a specific example. That was on a Friday, by Monday morning I received my offer and an invitation to go back on-site and have a chat with the HR Manager to have my offer explained.

Interview lasted about two hours and included a three parts test. First one you had to research some basic info about some comercial properties, part two consists in a call you have to make and last you have a typing skill test. You have to do this in an hour.
