This company is extremely unprofessional compared to others when hiring. I applied online, took the 1 hour assessment, was contacted via email for the initial phone screening. The recruiter took days to reply to schedule the interview. After the initial screening, she promised to get back to me within a couple of days and no response. I emailed her 2 weeks later and she replied that management was still reviewing resumes and she would contact me when she had more info. A month later and I have heard NOTHING. Be courteous to those that are applying and at least give them the decency of an email letting them know they did not pass to the next round. Stop ghosting your applicants.
