Applied online, email same day to set up phone interview for next day.
Phone screen...about 10 minutes. Questions were basic and about why Yelp, what you know about them, what drew you to the position, what do you know about the product, how would you calm down an angry business owner, etc. Easy.
They said I would get an email to set up an hour long in person. Email came in about 2 hours. I picked a time. In person is next week because I was away, otherwise they would have even done it next day.
Standard filtering/fluff questions followed by a Mock sales pitch. It was not very different from other Sales/CS roles that I have applied to. It was not very difficult or novel at all.

I just had a quick screening call, and it was really focused on sales, more than on customer service. Cold calling is a big part of the role, and commissions don’t start until about 6 months in.
