Interview
Initial screening consisted of a 15 minute phone conversation with basic questions about why I was interested in a high-volume cold-calling position, experience in sales, etc. After the phone screening, I was invited to an in-person meeting with 3 managers. The three managers interviewed me individually and asked me to do a role-play scenario selling Yelp. Goals for the calls (1) introduce myself and schedule a follow up call with a small business owner who did not have time to speak to me (2) convince a small business owner to learn more about the Yelp offering after they had said they would consider the service in an introductory call (3) build on the feedback provided by the first two scenarios.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.
