Two interviews - 1 15-20 min introduction phone call with recruiter and then google meet video interview with the hiring sales manager. 1st interview basically asked why Yelp, are you comfortable working remotely, are you ok w/ the salary, internet speed, and why sales. 2nd interview was about an hour and asked the same introductory questions and then listened to 2 phone calls and had to tell them what you would do differently/any feedback. Then asked to roleplay where you “call” a pizza shop and try to get them to buy Yelps advertising service. Main goal is to get the prospect to their computer.
Overall, fine experience. Salary offer is low and doesn’t seem negotiable, but benefits are good.
Interview was easy. Just asked about why we want job, how we handle rejection, and background history of our previous work experience. Other than that, they if you pass it they will go ahead and try to schedule your next interview.

Interview was smooth. I was given good information about pay, culture, and what is expected of an inside sales representative on typical day. I was also allowed to ask question.
Everyone was super nice and very clearly proud of Yelp culture. The communication was quick and clear on expectations of the interview and onboarding process. Both the recruiter and the hiring managers were very insightful about the business and offered great feedback to my mock call.
