The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Yelp seemed to be very organized in their interview process. i received an email nearly right after each step. It seems they are looking for entry-level applicants that will be able to make 80 plus calls a day. I was concerned by the turnover rate that former Yelp employees have expressed. This job seems to produce burnout in some, if not many people.

Interview was smooth. I was given good information about pay, culture, and what is expected of an inside sales representative on typical day. I was also allowed to ask question.
Everyone was super nice and very clearly proud of Yelp culture. The communication was quick and clear on expectations of the interview and onboarding process. Both the recruiter and the hiring managers were very insightful about the business and offered great feedback to my mock call.
