Very detailed. Many interviews. Intense questions so definitely prep. Last/final was a presentation of their property/services - very critical of this. As a woman I found it harder because the men interviewing me decided to debate the color of my hair versus actually concentrating on my intellect and wealth of experience. Made me think they may not treat women at same level.
