2. The phone screening itself was easy to medium. Mine lasted at about 27 minutes and she scheduled me for my last interview on that call.
3. The interview lasts about 45 minutes, mine lasted 40 minutes. Started with some expected questions, next was I had to listen to two recordings and asked what were my key takeaways but I also added what I couldve done differently. Next was the role playing, we had two rounds. The second round was all about implementing the feedback from the first round and see you are coachable. Towards the end, she asked me more questions and I wrapped up with my questions.
Over all it was nice experience, positive from the phone screening until the final interview. The role playing was fun. Recorded calls as well as people were furious (as expected).
The whole process took 4 days! After my final interview, they got back to me with an offer the following morning.
